RESUME

Introduction :
La gestion est une pratique consistant à mettre en œuvre des ressources de façon optimale en vue d’atteindre les objectifs assignés à un domaine d’activité particulier. Objectif : Contribuer à l’amélioration de condition de vie des personnels de santé à travers les rémunérations. Matériels : Notre étude est transversale analytique, avec un échantillonnage exhaustif de la période d’Août en octobre 2021, auprès de tous les personnels de santé travaillant à l’Hôpital Général de Référence de Bagira, La collecte des données est faite par un questionnaire d’enquête adressé à tous les personnels de l’hôpital. Le traitement est fait par l’Excel et Epi-Info 6.0. L’analyse est faite par le calcul des fréquences, moyennes, et la déviation standard. Résultats : Le salaire du personnel de l’HGR/Bagira  était fixé en fonction  du grade et/ou échelon, la grande partie de nos enquêtés avait une perception défavorable au salaire perçu, la plupart de prestant travail de 35-45 heures par semaine avec une moyenne de plus de 45 heure par semaine. Salaire brut allant de 10000 à 50000fc et un salaire net allant de 50000 à 150000Fc par mois, d’aucune somme versée en titre de gratification ou des mois supplémentaires, ni d’allocation de congé ou de l’indemnité compensatoire. Conclusion : Le problème de la rémunération dans les institutions de santé demeure une préoccupation dans les institutions de santé et plus particulière dans à l’Hôpital Général de Référence de Bagira. Il y a nécessité que l’Etat congolais et les partenaires du secteur de la santé interviennent d’une manière permanente dans la rémunération du personnel qui demeure un aspect important dans la motivation du personnel.

ABSTRACT

Introduction: Management is the practice of using resources optimally in order to achieve the objectives assigned to a particular area of ​​activity. Objective: To contribute to improving the living conditions of health personnel through their salaries. Materials: Our study is analytical cross-sectional, with an exhaustive sampling of the period from August to October 2021, among all health personnel working at the General Reference Hospital of Bagira, Data collection made by a questionnaire of survey addressed to all hospital staff. Processing is done by Excel and Epi-Info 6.0. Analysis is done by calculating frequencies, averages, and standard deviation. Results: The salary of HGR / Bagira staff was set according to grade and / or step, most of our surveys had an unfavorable perception of the salary received, most of them working 35-45 hours per week with an average of over 45 hours per week. Gross salary ranging from 10,000 to 50,000Fc and a net salary ranging from 50,000 to 150,000Fc per month, no amount paid as a bonus or additional months, or leave allowance or compensatory allowance. Conclusion: The problem of remuneration in health institutions remains a concern in health institutions and more particularly in the General Referral Hospital of Bagira. There is a need for the Congolese state and partners in the health sector to intervene on a permanent basis in staff remuneration, which remains an important aspect in staff motivation.
