RESUME
Les biomédicaments sont devenus une option thérapeutique très importante dans le traitement des maladies inflammatoires, des maladies auto-immunes et des tumeurs malignes. Cependant, malgré leur potentiel thérapeutique, le risque d'effets à médiation immunitaire en raison de leur mécanisme d'action est potentiellement important. Le médecin dentiste peut alors être confronté à 3 risques chez le patient sous biothérapie ciblée : le risque infectieux, le risque hémorragique, et le risque d’ostéonécrose dans le cas de certains biomédicaments. La prise en charge du patient doit alors tenir compte de la pathologie générale, la nature du médicament et sa demi-vie ainsi que des divers effets indésirables de ces molécules au niveau la cavité buccale. Le but de ce travail est de détailler les différents risques rencontrés chez les patients sous biothérapies ciblées, ainsi que les modalités de leur prise en charge en odontologie.

ABSTRACT
Biomedicines have become a very valuable therapeutic option in the treatment of inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases and malignancies. However, despite their therapeutic potential, the risk of immune-mediated effects due to their mechanism of action is potentially significant. The dental physician may therefore be confronted with 3 risks in patients undergoing targeted biotherapy: the risk of infection, the risk of hemorrhage, and the risk of osteonecrosis in the case of certain biomedicines. Patient management must take into account the general pathology, the nature of the drug and its half-life, as well as the various adverse effects of these molecules in the oral cavity. The aim of this work is to detail the different risks encountered in patients undergoing targeted biotherapies, as well as the modalities of their management in dentistry.
