RESUME
Introduction : Considéré comme l’un des piliers du développement durable au fil des années, le management environnemental est devenu un enjeu stratégique majeur pour toute entreprise quel que soit sa taille et son secteur d’activité. Dans ce sens, cette étude a été réalisée au sein d’une entreprise agroalimentaire des boissons gazeuses au Maroc. Objectif : L’objectif de cette étude est donc de déterminer les non-conformités du système de management environnemental de l’entreprise en question par rapport à la Norme ISO 14001 version 2004 afin de proposer des améliorations et des plans d’action pour amener les résultats aux limites acceptables par la norme et la réglementation en vigueur. Matériel et méthodes : des outils de diagnostic de l’état des lieux ont été utilisés, en se basant sur la Norme internationale relative à la gestion de l’environnement : ISO 14001 version 2004 ainsi que les lois marocaines en vigueur (particulièrement la Loi 28-00 relative à la gestion des déchets). Résultats : Les résultats de cette étude ont permis d’augmenter aussi bien la conformité de l’entreprise par rapport la norme ISO 14001 version 2004 qu’avec la loi marocaine qui est une partie primordiale de celle-ci. Conclusion : L’implantation de SME selon ISO 14001 permet la prévention contre les risques environnementaux, le gain économique par la maitrise de pertes générées en cas d’accidents environnementaux, ce qui permet une émergence sociale et donc un impact positif sur le développement durable de toute la région.

ABSTRACT
Introduction: Considered as one of the pillars of sustainable development over the years, environmental management became a major strategic issue for any company whatever its size and sector of activity. In this direction, this study was carried out within an agroalimentary company of soft drinks in Morocco. Objective: The objective of this study is to determine non-conformities of this company's management system related to ISO 14001 version 2004 in order to propose improvements and action plans to bring the results to the acceptable limits by the standard and the regulations in vigours. Materials and methods: diagnostic tools of the primary state of the company, based on the International Standard for Environmental Management: ISO 14001 version 2004 and and Moroccan laws in vigours (especially Law 28-00 about waste management). Results: The results of this study have increased the conformity of the company compared to the standard ISO 14001 version 2004 as well as to the Moroccan law which is an essential part of it. Conclusion: the establishment of EMS according to ISO 14001 allows the prevention against the environmental risks, the economic earning by the control of losses generated in case of environmental accidents, which allows a social emergence and thus a positive impact on the durable development of the region.
