RESUME :

Contexte : L’accompagnement des entrepreneurs naissants fait l’actualité, partons de notre contexte marocain ; il est clair qu’aujourd’hui les diverses entités du pays ont pris conscience de la nécessité d’appuyer les projets entrepreneuriaux. Gouvernement, Banques, institutions et universités, marquent tous leurs volontés de développer l’écosystème entrepreneurial marocain, et en premier lieu sa pièce maîtresse : l’écosystème d’accompagnement. À vrai dire, la recherche sur l’écosystème entrepreneurial demeure un courant théorique fertile et émergent, mais sous-développé, qui nécessite une investigation scientifique supplémentaire. Le manque de connaissances sur ce concept représente une lacune importante dans la recherche en entrepreneuriat. Caractérisé par sa complexité et sa diversité, l’écosystème d’accompagnement entrepreneurial est amené à lever une multitude de défis pour s’aligner aux mutations que connait l’écosystème entrepreneurial. Aujourd’hui, les responsables de structures d’accompagnement à la création d’entreprise sont largement conscients qu’ils doivent adapter leurs organisations et leurs méthodes d’accompagnement pour faire face aux évolutions de leur environnement. Objectifs : L’objet de la présente communication est de proposer une définition de l’écosystème d’accompagnement avant de mettre le point sur l’articulation écosystème entrepreneurial – écosystème d’accompagnement, et enfin expliciter les défis que doit relever ce dernier pour s’aligner aux exigences de la sphère à laquelle il appartient. Méthode : Dans le cadre de ce papier nous avons opté pour une revue de littérature basée sur la documentation enregistrée. Résultats et conclusions : à partir de l’analyse de la littérature il apparait que l’adoption des méthodes avancées dans l’accompagnement des incubés constituent un maillon fort de la réussite du processus d’accompagnement, en dépit des évolutions et mutations que connait l’écosystème.

ASTRACT:

Background: The support of emerging entrepreneurs is topical nowadays. Within the context of the Moroccan context, it is clear that today the various institutions of the country have become aware of the need to support entrepreneurial projects. Government, Banks, Institutions and Universities, all mark their desire to develop the Moroccan entrepreneurial ecosystem, and in the first place its centerpiece: the ecosystem of support. Indeed, research on the entrepreneurial ecosystem remains emerging but underdeveloped, which requires further scientific investigation. Lack of knowledge about this concept represents an important gap in entrepreneurial research. Characterized by its complexity and diversity, the ecosystem of entrepreneurial support is brought to rise a multitude of challenges to follow the changes that the entrepreneurial ecosystem is experiencing. Today, incubator managers are well aware that they have to adapt their organization and their support methods to cope with the changes in their environment. Objectives: The purpose of this paper is to propose a definition of the ecosystem of support before taking stock of the relationship between entrepreneurial ecosystem and the accompanying ecosystem, than explaining the challenges that the ecosystem must face in order to align the requirements of the sphere to which it belongs. Method: In the framework of this work, we have opted for literature review based on the documentation. Results and conclusion: From our analysis, it appears that the adoption of advanced methods in the accompaniment of future entrepreneurs constitutes a strong link of successful accompaniment process, in spite of the evolutions and mutations of the ecosystem.
