Abstract
Background: the integration of Information and communication technologies constitutes a social practice that is rapidly evolving especially in education. Objectives: This article aims to describe the current state of the teaching practices of Moroccan primary teachers with ICT, as well as the obstacles of integration of ICT in the primary cycle. Methods: For this purpose, we carried out a qualitative questionnaire survey of 130 teachers between 2017 and 2018. On the one hand, we have to take stock of ICT knowledge, training needs and the use of ICT in pedagogical issues activities, and on the other hand, the obstacles to be faced in integrating ICT in their teaching practices. Then again descriptive statistics as well as cross-tabulations between the different variables were carried out. Results: Analysis of the data collected showed that the low ICT use by primary school teachers is mainly influenced by the lack of technological equipment. Conclusions: all attempts to integrate Information and communication technologies in pedagogical practices in primary schools have to take into consideration the factors already mentioned in the survey already.

Contexte: L’intégration des Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication (TIC) constitue aujourd’hui une pratique sociale qui se développe rapidement surtout dans le domaine d’éducation. Objectifs: Cet article vise à décrire l’état actuel des pratiques pédagogiques des enseignants primaires marocains avec les TIC, ainsi que les obstacles d’intégration des TICE dans le cycle primaire. Méthodes : Pour cela nous avons mené une enquête qualitative par questionnaire auprès de 130 enseignants entre 2017 et 2018. Il s'agit d'une part de faire un bilan sur les connaissances en TIC, les besoins de formation, l’usage des TICE dans les activités pédagogiques, et d'autre part, les obstacles à relever en matière d’intégration des TICE dans leurs pratiques pédagogiques. En revanche des statistiques descriptives ainsi que des tableaux croisés entre les différentes variables ont été effectuées. Résultats: L’analyse des données recueillies a montré que la faible utilisation des TIC par les enseignants du primaire est influencée essentiellement par l’absence d’équipements technologiques. Conclusion: Toutes tentatives d’intégration des TICE dans les pratiques pédagogiques des enseignants primaires devraient prendre en considération plusieurs facteurs qui ont été cités au cours de notre article.
