RESUME
Introduction : En tant que principal centre économique et démographique de la Côte d’Ivoire, Abidjan abrite une population de 5 616 633 habitants, représentant 20% de la population totale du pays et 36% de sa population urbaine totale. Cette concentration démographique considérable a engendré une demande croissante de déplacements quotidiens pour répondre aux besoins en emplois et en logements. Malgré la diversité des options de transport disponibles dans la capitale économique, les habitants d'Abidjan font face à des problèmes de mobilité en raison des conditions difficiles qui entourent les déplacements entre les quartiers ou même à l'intérieur d'un même quartier. Face à ce défi sociétal, de nouvelles plateformes de transport intelligentes (telles que Yango, Uber, etc.) ont été introduites dans la ville, permettant aux passagers de réserver des trajets via des applications. Objectif : Cette étude vise à évaluer l'impact de ce nouveau modèle de service sur le système de transport à Abidjan. Méthodologie : Pour atteindre cet objectif, la méthodologie repose sur une recherche documentaire, des observations et des enquêtes sur le terrain (comprenant des entretiens et des questionnaires). Résultats : L'analyse des résultats met en évidence que ces services de transport intelligents ont apporté une avancée technologique significative sur le marché abidjanais. Ils disposent de leurs propres systèmes de cartographie et de planification d'itinéraires pour localiser et transporter les passagers à travers la ville. Conclusion : L'introduction de ces véhicules connectés dans le secteur des transports en commun a rapidement transformé l'industrie du transport et a contribué à améliorer légèrement la mobilité des habitants d'Abidjan.

ABSTRACT
Introduction: As the primary economic and demographic hub of Côte d'Ivoire, Abidjan is home to a population of 5,616,633 inhabitants, accounting for 20% of the country's total population and 36% of its overall urban population. This significant population concentration has led to a growing need for daily commuting to fulfill employment and housing requirements. Despite the various transportation options available in the economic capital, the issue of mobility persists for Abidjan's residents due to challenging conditions associated with moving between neighborhoods or even within the same neighborhood. In response to this societal challenge, new intelligent transportation platforms (such as Yango, Uber, etc.) have been introduced in the city, allowing passengers to book rides through applications. Objective: This study aims to assess the impact of this new service model on the transportation system in Abidjan. Methodology: To achieve this objective, the methodology relies on literature research, field observations, and surveys (including interviews and questionnaires). Results: Analysis of the results highlights that these intelligent transport services have introduced significant technological advancements to the Abidjan market. They have their own mapping and routing systems to locate and transport passengers throughout the city. Conclusion: The introduction of these connected vehicles in the public transport sector has rapidly transformed the transportation industry and has contributed to a slight improvement in the mobility of Abidjan's population.
