No charge is made for articles that are rejected after peer review. Many funding agencies have also realized the importance of Open Access publishing and have specified that their grants may be used directly to pay publication fee.
What the fee of publication covers?
The fee pays for professional copyediting; for efficient and thorough peer review; for immediate publication quickly upon acceptance; for the article to be freely and for universally accessible in various formats online.
Payment Requirement:
After successful review of the manuscript, acceptance email is sent to the corresponding author with payment details.
The publication fee must be paid within 2 days of receiving the acceptance email. For any delays in payment please inform the editor in advance.

Refund Policy:
According to AIRAS refund policy a publication process fee cannot be refunded if the process of publication was finished:
1- If the review process was finished and the article is published in the current issue.
2- If any author mistakenly pays more than the current fee then he should immediately contact the editorial office by email to the above mentioned.
3- Refund Payment option is only available for 180 days after payment has been sent by PayPal.

1. Author's Name
2. Manuscript ID
3. Transaction ID (Scanned copy of Deposit slip good)
4. Name of the Conutry, City
5. Date of transfer / Deposit
6. Amount
Note:
The authors ensure that you're aware of the applicable fee before you submit your paper.
It is compulsory to send payment details. If you send the details only we can know about the author, otherwise it is difficult to find the person who sent the fee.

When you use your credit card through PayPal, SAP is unable to access to your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.
PayPal can be used by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).
If author need a print copy of the Journal:
The author must pay an additional fee for mailing and printing costs if the journal's hardcopy is needed. It is a flat fee that does not vary based on word count or use of color figures.
Payment can be made by Wester Union or oder agency for all authors. But if you want to use the Bank Transfere so additional fee of 10 Euro is needed because of the tax.
Instruction for payment is sent to corresponding author as soon as manuscript is accepted.
Publication fee of article will allow sustained Open Access to all of Open Science articles. Authors are asked to pay after getting the acceptance letter of publishing the articles.
