ABSTRACT
Background: When dental extractions are planned with the aesthetic and psychological impact that this entails, the fitting of a transitional prosthesis becomes almost a necessity, particularly at the anterior level. Objectives: The use of an immediate partial prosthesis is a therapeutic option that solves all of these problems and essentially responds to aesthetic urgency. Results and conclusions: We propose, through a clinical case treated in the prosthodontics department of the Casablanca Dental Consultation and Treatment Centre, to present a simple strategy of prosthetic management when making an immediate partial removable prosthesis in the maxillary.
